Divergent trilogy by Veronica Roth

 I seriously love this series.  It's one of my favorites. I know book 3 is not out yet, but I'm going to assume it will rock because there is no other option!

Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins

Really? Do you have to ask?  This is an amazing series with a kick butt female lead character. I think she will stand the test of time.

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

I think this was one of the best books I have ever read. Not just this year, but pretty much ever. And I have read some books. I really think in 30 years, if I'm still a librarian, well, even if I'm not, I will be recommending this book to people to read. It is that awesome.

Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor

While I have only read book 1 in this series, I'm just going to go ahead and give it to Laini Taylor. Daughter of Smoke and Bone was like nothing I had ever read before. So, books 2 and 3 can only get more amazing.  I can't wait to read them!

Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling

THE BEST. In 30 years, kids, teens, and adults will still be reading this series. I will still be reading this series. Harry Potter is something to stay with you no matter what. You give it to your kids and your grandkids.
